SPECIFICATIONS AND COMMENTS:
-Manufactured with the highest quality LEDs available on the market to avoid warranty claims. An inexpensive LED chip reduces the sale price but simultaneously decreases heat dissipation and the durability of your repair (penultimate photograph).
-LED strips in an aluminum version to improve heat dissipation and provide higher performance.
-We recommend changing the complete kit to avoid returns to your business or recurrence of the problem.
-All strips are checked with an LED tester before being shipped.
-If the purchased material does not work... we kindly ask you to contact us via the suggested messaging channels so we may advise you on the proper procedure; we will gladly assist you with a favorable resolution.
WARRANTY:
-This model has a warranty limit of 2 individual strips.
-Warranties only apply to natural damage; that is, the strip must not have any signs of a short circuit, as this immediately voids the warranty due to it being induced damage.
-When you find more affected strips, it also falls into the category of damage induced by the power supply, as there is a recorded history that these Samsung families (eh/fh/h) inject voltage/current spikes that are difficult to detect, which can burn up to 3-5 strips at the same time within the first few days/weeks of use.
-The situations mentioned occur in a low percentage of cases; if this happens to you, please feel free to get in touch so we can provide you with the best possible solution as quickly as possible.
RECOMMENDATION:
-Reduce the current flow to the LEDs to try to eliminate a possible defect in the power supply. If the problem persists, the only remaining option is to replace the power supply if you wish to continue with the repair.
