SPECIFICATIONS AND COMMENTS:
-The aluminum version LEDs for these models are replicas; LG has not developed them in any other material for sale. This does not mean they are bad—aluminum is good—it simply means these are the original version and therefore have higher quality, as they are produced by LG and not by third parties.
-We recommend replacing the complete kit to avoid returns to your business or a recurrence of the problem.
-All strips are checked with an LED tester before being shipped.
-If the purchased material does not work... we kindly ask you to communicate through the suggested messaging channels so we can advise you on the proper procedure; we will gladly assist you with a favorable resolution.
-As installers and sellers, we have not found a panel version that uses different LEDs for the mentioned models, even in imported units.
